The big decision in the Fantasy Premier League team of the week is to opt for zero Manchester City assets - and yes, that includes Erling Haaland!
The budget are needed to go all-in on Arsenal assets as they face at home among the worst teams in Premier League recent memory.
It's true, Manchester City scored a total of five times on their last away fixture, but now they meet Palace, a side with the second-strongest defence in the league for goals conceded and fourth-best in relation of xGC.
And Arsenal home to Wolves is the sort of match-up you just have to attack - the top team in the division against one lacking of momentum, quality and self-belief.
This team of the week is chosen using current FPL valuations to fit within a £100m budget, as if you were playing a Free Hit chip.
The captain didn't deliver but strong hauls from Bruno Fernandes (18), Ruben Dias (14), Foden (twelve) and James Tarkowski (9), along with a fortunate 16-point Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall bench appearance led to a huge 83 points. Boom!
Robin Roefs, Sunderland, goalkeeper, £4.7m - Newcastle United (h)
The first derby in the Premier League for eight years is likely to be noisy, fiery, combative - and it may prove to be one of those matches that is full of tension but minimal clear chances.
A scenario that would make the Sunderland keeper, third in the goalkeeper scoring charts, a good option.
Ben White, Arsenal, £5.2m - Wolverhampton (home)
An Gunners defensive asset is a must for this fixture. Wolves have just one goal scored away from home so far and a single goal in their past six fixtures.
Ben White is a great attacking option when he is given his opportunity. Having started the last two games at right-back, registered a fourteen-point return against the Bees and tops the charts in that time among Arsenal defenders with two key passes, 2 attempts inside the area and an expected goal involvement of 0.7.
Marc Cucurella, the Blues, £6.2m - Everton (h)
The Toffees are erratic so this selection is focused more on the Blues'defence and Cucurella upside.
Chelsea have the fourth-strongest defence while Cucurella has created more opportunities (19) than any other defensive player in the division.
And he is yet to score this season, having netted five times the previous campaign.
Dalot, United, £4.4m - Bournemouth (h)
You shouldn't have high hopes for a Manchester United shutout - they have one this entire campaign - but the Cherries'scoring have slowed down in the last two matches.
Crucially, Dalot has been occupying some very attacking positions as left wing-back in the last three fixtures.
During that spell he's had 4 attempts, two clear opportunities, one goal and an assist. He missed a cracking opportunity at Wolverhampton on Monday as well.
Saka (C), the Gunners, £10.2m - Wolverhampton (h)
This game against Wolverhampton is too tempting to ignore and that makes Saka, Arsenalbest attacking player essential.
No stats required to support this pick. Manchester United had twenty-seven shots at Wolves on Monday night, netted four and might have had double that.
The Gunners will be rubbing their hands.
Rice, Arsenal, £7.1m - Wolverhampton (home)
Just a single point behind Fernandes in the FPL midfielder standings, Rice is incredibly consistent for Arsenal.
More advanced this season, he's generated more chances than any other Arsenal player (twenty-seven) and has five assists to his name.
He's also the surest bet for game time as the manager could see this fixture as a chance to rest his players.
Bruno Fernandes, United, £9m - the Cherries (h)
The Portuguese playmaker may have taken over from Antoine Semenyo as the essential FPL midfielder.
Match-up proof, consistently a shout for defensive contribution points and with multiple ways to points.
Cole Palmer, the Blues, £10.3m - Everton (home)
This week's punt, Cole Palmer has his first 90 minutes since returning after a long layoff and we are aware what an high-scoring FPL asset he can be.
You get the feeling that, as quickly as he has one good game, fantasy coaches will be rushing to sign him up.
He missed the Blues'European defeat at the Italian side, but that was the team managing his minutes so he should be fresh for Everton.
Dango Ouattara, Brentford, £6m - Leeds United (home)
Leeds enter this match following two strong home results against the Blues and the Reds, but away from home they have let in three goals for every one they've netted.
This is probably Ouattara final match before departing for the Africa Cup of Nations.
He has been excellent for Brentford this term, and has 5 goal contributions in his last three fixtures at home.
Thiago, the Bees, £6.9m - Leeds United (home)
It's been a disappointing last few weeks for the striker owners, with just 3 FPL points in two games.
However, he's the second-highest goal scorer in the league and has seven strikes in seven fixtures at home. He is the top striker choice for this round and, with a favourable run of games, you can set and forget up until the January window at the very least.
Hugo Ekitike, the Reds, £8.4m - Brighton (h)
It is expected that the manager keeps faith with the young Frenchman, after his brace haul at Leeds.
He performed great at the start of the campaign and you can't help but think what he would have done had Alexander Isak not been signed and competed with him for playing time at the number nine role.
